Bush To Dangle New incentives to North Korea

HANOI, Vietnam, Nov. 19 - In a series of closed-door meetings on the edges of the economic summit meeting of Asian nations here, President Bush and his aides have signaled that they will dangle a new set of incentives for North Korea to give up nuclear weapons and technology, United States officials said.
